Our current C-Suite Academy programme includes leadership skills training and the One Day MBA. These are included in annual membership of our networks, or available on request at a non-member fee. Additional masterclasses, workshops and training courses are offered throughout the year to bring diverse opportunities for learning and development.
BUSINESS LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
Designed for business leaders, this selection of masterclasses is headlined by the One-Day MBA. Each masterclass is a standalone session, and they can be grouped into qualifications: the Five-Day MBA, the Communications and Leadership Award and the Change Leadership Award. The qualifications are the basis of the MBA Pathway, which includes a series of assessed essays to achieve a Level 7 Diploma accredited by CMI, and the opportunity of developing a full MBA by completing a dissertation.
THE C-SUITE EXCELLENCE PROGRAMME
The C-Suite Excellence Programme is a series of three two-hour modules which can be taken either as a series or individually. The course is designed for those transitioning into a C-Suite role and is also suitable for people leaders looking to support the leaders of today and tomorrow in their organisation. The content is a condensed version of the new ‘The Suite Spot’ book on leadership by Winmark CEO John Jeffcock, based on interviews with global business leaders around their career path, skillset and knowledge base. We challenge old theories and present new models of thinking, such as tiara-shaped people and diamond-shaped departments.
